Byron Morrison was 50lbs overweight and a workaholic who was unhealthy, unhappy, and not enjoying life. He shares his story of waking up and becoming a better person through micro-habit changes and shifting his perspective on life and wellness. That shift resulted in a lot of success, and a launched a new career. In this episode Byron discusses an unhealthy syndrome, he noticed with women who are in the 35 - 55-year-old range. He shares how he's been able to motivate these women to break their habits and put an end to putting themselves last. Tune in to hear more and please share with other women who need a spark lit to get them into self-care mode.
